My brother‘s new bike will be here on the 12th. I already have my bike. I just have a couple quick questions. If I were to use cycling to lose weight, how far should I go each day? How hard should I exert myself? I’m also asking this for my brother.

If someone could give me some advice for losing weight by cycling, I would greatly appreciate it.

bike - and walk also

improve nutrition - reduce calories / portions / fat … etc … whatever

if you and / or your brother are overweight - even relatively easy bike rides or walks will provide benefit … you can then increase duration / intensity in the future if desired

good luck !
