Ahh, when the riding wind noise disappears completely. Just gliding along with the wind. Until we start speeding up.

Ha, cruising at 15 mph with that 15 mph tailwind? No cyclists I know. We all speed up until it's a perceived headwind again.

That's why my made-up rule: "a windy loop ride has 15% tailwinds" works. Lots of rear quarter winds or even direct tailwinds, but the riders are often going fast enough to convert it back to a headwind, and don't feel it.
