Those are under valued bikes that perform better than most in the range. Very nice finish and colors.

I see that you are in PA. I do think you can do most all, of course with minimal assistance. I am nowhere near your location to aid, however you may be able to find a bike kitchen or a coop. If logistics are possible they will have the tools, space, and can assist with knowledge. These places may have used working parts available if needed.
