Bikes: You had me at rusty and Italian!!

How would you rank the following - 10 being most necessary; 1 being least necessary ?
Bike stand 5
Floor pump 10
hex wrenches 10
tire levers 8
torque wrench 1
chain cleaning machine 1
Chain whip 1(in this instance)
bottom bracket/lockring wrench 8, maybe 9

As others have suggested, cable cutters are nice but I got by with sheet metal shears for the inner cable and a cut-off wheel for the housing. A bike shop can remove the freewheel for little $. Same for the crank arms. Spoke wrenches are handy and cheap. Chain breaker is nice and a cheap $10 unit from Amazon would be fine.

Stuff I use regularly but not bike specific - small brass brushes, penetrating oil, a small magnetic pickup tool and probably a few other things I’m forgetting. Marine grease for the bearings is good and widely available.

Keep receipts for everything but NEVER add them up. 🫤
