That's indeed the Mavic version of the Modolo Master SLK/Mach style brake. The Cannondale is sporting them. Here's a picture of the Mach 1 -- the similarities are pretty obvious. You can see pics of the SLK at http://www.yellowjersey.org/MOSLK90.JPG
