Take some photos and post them. Tires cracking and worn out? Tubes hold air? Brake pads hard like cinder blocks? When you spin the wheels do the rims weave from side to side between the brake pads? Are the brakes and gears functioning? The Fuji S-10-S is a pretty reliable, easy maintenance bike that holds up well. If it wasn't abused, it might not need much. No matter what, getting some oil and grease on the bearings is a good thing.
