It's an open secret that the postseason races have pre-planned outcomes. The video of Girmay's race win shows Roglic looking over at Girmay and hitting his brakes for a second to ensure Girmay's win. Roglic then does a hilariously cheesy, tiny bike throw as he crosses the line.
