Slight Wheel Wobble

Hey all. After I installed some tubeless tires on my super sweet DT Swiss wheels this past weekend (which I was advised by "experts" were not tubeless compatible), I realized that my rear wheel has a slight wobble to it. That's weird, as I've put less than 100 miles on the wheel and it didn't have a wobble when I first put it on the bike. I got them lightly used. The wobble isn't bad, it doesn't cause rubbing on the brake pads. And it's not noticeable when I ride. My concern is that I have a 70.3 Ironman coming up, which incorporates a 55 mile ride. I figure the wheel is okay to ride in the event as is. But I want to be sure. Any thoughts on this? Also, is the wobble something I will want to correct anytime soon? Thanks!
