I do not know the chronology of these parts. The SLK's were on the Cannondale slightly prior to 1992 (the year of publication of the book that the picture came from).

yeah, these are the levers that are currently on the bike that I'm working on. Had to find some stepped ferrules that would not let the cables pull through...I'm still not sure that I've got it quite right. Silver levers, pretty plain, with MAVIC down the front.

not nearly as cool as the french amputee lady leg brake levers, btw...
