Crashes suck. I was hoping to go yesterday and then today was hoping to do some treadmill inside and the knee is not feeling great. Crashing at 58 is a bit more of a setback it seems.

The DW tried grounding me for a while, but that didn't last long I'm glad to say. Hope your knee heels up quick

can take a long time to recover - and then for me (too often) just in time for the next issue
I have been moving from one issue to the next - sometimes it will take weeks / months and then when an area is finally improving another issue (in a different area) will surface
