there's no way of knowing without the steerer size. the ebay fork is 1" and my experienced based guess is "highly unlikely"

check out nashbar. they even have cheap carbon forks that look suspiciously like the winwood i bought for my pisgah (they have 26" and 700c) and about $100 less .
