A Classic Rendezvous member had the bracket for the left fork leg and I'm getting a light from Bob Freeman, but I would be interested in seeing the SA generator that mounts there? The frame has brazed on bosses creating reinforced holes in the tubes for light wiring. You can see one of the holes in the down tube in the attached photo for the lights. I believe the light I'm getting from Bob uses a square battery that may not be made anymore? My intent is not to use it for night riding, but to keep it with the bike as a piece of cycling history. I have written to Mercian and they provided a little background on the frame. When it comes to the wort, people have Mercian remove them when they are refinishing frames.... I look forward to any information folks are able to share concerning the generator system. Cheers!

Andy, I'm not aware of a generator that mounts to that fitting, but it's reasonable to run a wire from a lamp there to a front generator hub, which is what I did with mine for a bit.
