All I know is that it's a felt all carbon fiber fork, according to the description that they used on their gridlock series of bikes going from about 1999 to the mid 2000s. Fortunately, the original wheel is still in really good shape for its age. I may just take it to a bike mechanic have it cleaned up and tweaked and if all goes well, I'll just have some new rubber put on it and see what happens in the future.
