I know that it's technically not a bleach. But it did remove a red wine stain from a formica countertop, and I think (not certain, it was a long time ago) it may have been listed as a much cheaper alternative to FSR (fiberglass stain remover) in an article about boat cleaning stuff and generic equivalents and alternatives to the pricey branded stuff. FSR works well but it's expensive. Oxyclean either dissolved or a slurry, might also work, same basic ingredient of oxalic acid.
