Britannialloy pumps look good and polish up nicely, I have a couple, they don't come up very often but there is one the right length on UK Ebay right now.

May need a washer replacement, but I'm guessing Ebay has those.
Not sure about the bands, but I'm guessing they're some sort of "world champion" reference.
