I'm running the carbon Race Face 35 bars on mine, they're one of the better value carbon bars IMO. They're almost a flat bar, only a slight backsweep to them. Grips are ODI lock-ons and I'm running a 90mm Bontrager stem with a -13* rise. That Bontrager stem is the longest and lowest stem I can find with a 35mm clamping diameter.
I have done a gravel race on this bike before, but it mostly gets used for XC racing and as my light-duty trail bike. This is the "trail" set up, only difference is that I run lighter weight wheels with the fast-rolling 2.2" Conti Race Kings for XC. My "trail" set up consists of 2.4" Maxxis Rekon Race rear and a Forekaster in the front. The Forekaster would be overkill for gravel riding IMO.
