They are all the same.
No, I meant he named 3 different manufacturers.
SPD-SL = Shimano who have their own unique cleat which is an evolution of the old Look (Delta) cleats.
Look = Look has it's own cleats, either KEO (modern) or Delta (old)
Campagnolo = Campagnolo had a few cleat patterns before leaving the pedal market.

Or did he mean he tried all 3?
