I highly doubt bicycle sprockets would be made that way, but you could always ask the cassette manufacturer and see if they will tell you.
Single speed cogs from Wolf Tooth and Endless are made from 7075 and anodized. They wear pretty well.
This Endless cog is on a new SS MTB project I'm finishing.
