I don't think it is a shimano freehub body. I think all of shimano's have the male splines on the hub side. My body has the male splines on the freehub.
There's one body like that in that table. Compare specs on it with yours in terms of length, allen bolt size, etc.
What brand is the hub? Should say on the outside. It might be Cannondale's in-house brand.
