The discoloration on Delrin parts is a surface oxidation. I've had many French bikes with Delrin derailleur parts, and deal with it by polishing the parts. I use Meguiars Cleaner Wax, which has a mild polishing agent, and polish it using a good bit of pressure to remove the surface oxidation. It leaves a high shine, and restores the original black finish.
