The tube diameters do not match to the model of the bike. Yet the dismeters do match to another model which was made with Reynolds 531. Both are Schwinn made by Panasonic. The labeled 531 is silver brazed. So was surplus mater used for this frame?

It doesn't seem unlikely that it is a silver alloy. Tons of bikes have been made that way. Any particular reason you're wondering about it.
