Mine came all within the same order from Grainger and since it was one order, I'm slightly breaking the singular "tool" rule by showing them both.

For years, I've used a 3/16" slotted screwdriver to adjust those fiddly little limiter screws on derailleurs. But, the screwdriver tip never seated incredible well so I decided to level up and go with a proper Klien multi-bit screwdriver and it is game changing. It slots into the screw heads perfectly and by giving it gentle pressure, one can use the palm of the hand to brace the end, which spins, so removing/installing the screws just flies because you never have to let up off the tension like a standard screwdriver. I cannot believe how long this took me to realize this is the way.

Also within the same order, I picked up some 3/4" carbon and stainless wire tube brushes. If you are cleaning out bottom brackets that have seen better days (rust residue, etc.) there is no better way!
