My son’s bike has a Quarq crankset that’s getting on a bit. CF crank arms with a metal insert for the pedal. Just noticed that the drive side is loose. This strikes me as a potential safety issue. Should I stop him riding this until I can put a new crank on it?

Edit: in fact, watching the video I think I can see a crack in the surrounding carbon
