My Kickr Bike has now done 20,000 km on the original BB. A few times it has developed an annoying clicking sound, but each time was resolved by re-greasing and re-torquing the non-drive side crank arm ie the clicking was coming from fretting on the crank spline rather than the bearings. The bearings actually still feel good with no free play.

Just a heads up for those who may think they need a new BB when it starts clicking or creaking. First check the crank arm on the spline as those clamp screws seem quite prone to working loose over time.
