For reference, on the small chainring and highest (smallest) sprocket. Currently at 112 links. If I increase the number of links to 118, guessing the RD may lose a bit of tension and increase the possibility of chain slap. I know I have to solve the large ring / lowest (largest) sprocket issue first but wondering how this will affect the small ring / smallest sprocket combo? Can you increase the return spring tension, if needed, on Campy 12 RDs?
