if you warm up the tire in a sunny spot it'll be way easier to mount. you can also zip tie the tire tight in a few areas where the tire is seated and it'll give some extra millimeters of tire to slip over the rim. if you have to use big beefy plastic pedros tire levers with lots of soap for the last little bit that's ok as a last resort
