Are you having any issues with your tires or do you feel like the ride is too bumpy or such?

I will encourage you to try different pressures and see whether or not you like the ride better or if your legs feel like they did more or less work for the same route compared to other times. If you start to get pinch flats, then you know the pressure is too low for your ride conditions, or you will have to stop going so fast over the things that give you pinch flats or avoid them entirely. If you are at the max PSI, and enjoying the ride, then you must have very smooth roads as I do.

My tire pressure is higher than any calculator says. But I also have done some comparisons of my ride data for my common routes that shows I'm slower when the tires are inflated to lower PSI. But that might not be the case for others with different riding conditions, as I also will lower my tire pressure when I know I'm going to be on roads that are chip seal, have large aggregate or are otherwise rougher than the roads I usually ride.
