It's getting to the end of threads like this when I understand why 97% of the population doesn't ride bicycles to any significant degree. 97% of the population wouldn't drive cars either if you had to inventory the trunk and cabin contents, finalize passenger complements, and calculate pressures for all four tires before each trip.
Literally no one has to do any such thing before riding a bicycle. You're great at making stuff up.

As has been explained to you many times, that's a great strategy for a rougher ride and slower speeds. (Though I don't know why anyone would want those things.)
