I mean sure, but that in itself makes the proposal super niche. As I remember Wheeltop didn't even offer hydraulic calipers when they first started but after people asking for a more complete groupset they started offering them, granted they are pretty hideous. Point being, an "upgrade kit" of a groupset isn't going to do anything to penetrate any market share
