In the "hi-ten" classification, I submit this 78 Univega Gran Rally. Brooks B17 saddle, AGC levers, 33mm Supple Vitesse tires, nothing-special replacement wheels, else original. Butted hi-ten frame. 25.8lb measured vs. 26lb catalog specs.
Mine is in the same ballpark, although the components are nowhere near the catalog description since I got it as a bare frame. I got 27.2 lbs. including a Zefal HP and a seat bag with a tube and tire levers that I was too lazy to remove.

I don't have anything with a racing pedigree or exotic materials, so no sub 20 pound bikes. My bikes are all in the touring or sport touring category and they usually fall in the 24-26 pound range.
