I do not remember if your bike has S&S couplers or not? I think it does?
I have had mixed results from larger HI Hostels, ones that are large enough that there will be a staff person on duty 24 hours. I have no clue if there is one near the airport. If there is one close enough to meet your needs, send them an e-mail.
In my case, my worst luck was in Halifax NS. The manager there responded to my e-mail that they did not have the room. But when I stayed there, one of the staff offered to store my case without me even asking. I asked if it would be ok with the manager, I did not want her to get in trouble, I described my e-mail to them months earlier that he responded to. She said if he saw the word bike in the e-mail, he never looked at the dimensions in my e-mail. It did not matter how small it was, he would say no if it said bike. In my case it was my S&S Backpack case, I removed the side panels so it was 26 X 26 X 1 or 2 inches, which she said would be just fine. They stored it for me, no charge, fives weeks. I stayed there at both start and end of trip, that was part of the reason she said yes. That said, it was a small luggage store room, so I am sure that was marginal. She said that too many people show up and want to store full size non-collapsible bike cases, which they can't do, which is why it was an automatic no. When they originally said no, I sent an e-mail to a bike shop in Halifax asking if they could suggest a hotel that could store it, the bike shop offered to store it for me, thus that was my original plan.
