Keep in mind the Rivendell store is only open Saturdays. You can arrange for pick up of purchased stuff on other days (maybe not Sunday), but I don't think they'll open the retail shop on other days. Of course, if you ask them politely, they will answer politely. Teh answer may be "no," but it will be a polite "no."
