It is indeed a very small brand by Willie Felix. Bought one a few years back, was also intrigued by the brand and it took me some time and contacts in the vintage cycling world to get the info. Was even in touch with the man himself 😃. Willie was a mechanic back in the 70s/80s for different pro teams and national track teams for the Netherlands and Belgium. He made custom frames in his workshop at home whixh were sold under the name Wylix, which is a contraction of his first and last name. Geometry of the bike i have is superb and i guess the guy really was a master craftsman so if you are able to get your hands on it, do it!
