cylcling is insufficient and may reduce flexibility according to renowned flexibility expert Thomas Kurz. The reason is that you are moving your body in a REDUCED range of motion.

I suggest that you stretch afterwards especially your calves and hamstrings.

A little helps. Remember to stretch when you are warm to you feel it, never pain!
