I’m not as familiar with the 3x10 components, but if keeping everything 3x10, what would you recommend as the best options for shifters and cassette? Currently have Microshift shifters and Shimano HG-500 11-32t cassette.
Pretty much any cassette that has the range that you prefer will work. I like the Shimano Ultegra 10-speed 12-30 for most conditions.
The options for new 3x10 shift levers are limited, which is why you can't find 105 or Ultegra. But I think that 3x10 Shimano Sora is still around, which isn't bad.
