Like I said, I never looked hard, but obviously if I were interested in setting up a more road-ish weelset in 650b for my wife's gravel bike (currently on a 650b X 35 or 38 iirc), I will be able to find them. On her road bike, she rides 700c X 25 which at her weight (105lb) suit her well. She really likes the gravel bike, especially the hydraulic discs and Sram AXS electronic shifting, so much she never rides the road bike any more. So I might sell it and just buy another set of wheels for her if she decides she wants them. Seems happy with the 35's though.
Conti Terra Speed is one of the better 650b gravel tires - avail in 35 and 40mm width (40 mm shown below) ; versatile, relatively lightweight, and roll well on pavement despite the raised knobs … they run a tad small - 35’s are often around 33mm installed and 40’s are often around 38mm installed

Rene Herse (LLP - 38mm, BSP - 40mm)
for road only - the Cannondale OEM Slate tire might be one of the better choices (if not best ?) - 42 mm width but paper thin and extremely lightweight at around 300 gms per tire … I barely rode them so I cannot provide in-depth review other than they are slicks and can be a challenge off road (to be kind) and have a rep for flats … this tire might be the same as the Pari-Moto ? (designed by Pacenti ?)
