Just started working on the Warp DS2.
First thing I found is the rear 8 speed cassette is spinning freely in both directions. I'm going to try flushing the hub out first to see if it frees up the internals. Any other suggestions?

2. The rear shifter probably need flushed out too since it's not ratcheting.

3. Front deraileur needs adjustment.

4. Removed the stem riser and now need a new bolt and top cap.

5. Grips need replacement

Open to any sugestions on servicing the parts
