No, clear coat will not hide textures, one would need to level the touch up to the existing finish.

You may be just as well off with fine sand paper to level the touch up paint down to original, and then just polish with rubbing compound and wax. Clear coat won’t level much, with that you still will probably need to wet sand and polish.

I have never used scratch remover product so I can’t answer that.

Are you kidding yourself? That I don’t know, it would be better if you posted a picture of your project, along with your inquiries. You’ll be getting better advice if you did.
