Look into the inside of the rim to see the other side of the spoke holes, if possible. Check in there if you see any cracks around the spoke hole ajd area of distortion. If you do not see any, your rim could be ok the continue using eith replacement spokes.
if I owned that rim and did not see any sign of cracking, I'd even try to gently tap and "massage" the distorted area, back to shape before installing replacement spokes, as the smount of distorting does not seem that much,......but that's just me. I 'had done similar minor repairs to msny of my rims through the years, without sny problems. You just have to feel out what is repairable or not, yourself. But understsnd that repairs for damage like this is always done at your own risk.
