I am in agreement with repechage above, rebuild it with the compromised spoke hole supporting a NON drive side spoke for lower tension. DON"T reuse the spokes, get all new and nips too.

on retensioniing / retruing, mind your spoke tension. These rims were never designed to take 100KgF. And confirm that the rim does not have a flat spot at that spoke hole.

the other thing I would watch is wear on the brake track at that spoke hole, you will see a deeper scuff of pad material if the rim is compromised.

keep an eye on it
