I think this clarifies:

- Greater gearing range for bigger adventures, better chain security for rough terrain, and lighter weight and reduced complexity for the daily commute
- Amplifies road shifter cable pull to allow for seamless communication with mountain derailleurs
- ideal for riders looking to convert their road, gravel, cyclocross, or commuter bike to the simplicity and light weight of a single chainring- or for those whose riding demands lower gearing than a typical road double can provide
- Tucks neatly above the rear derailleur and an indexed barrel provides for quick and easy cable adjustment
- Speeds: 11 speed road shifter/11 speed mountain rear derailleur (10-speed Shimano mountain derailleurs may be used with only a slight decrease in shifting performance)
- CNC machined
- Precision stainless steel hardware
- Sealed cartridge pulley bearing
- Made in the U.S.A.
Road 10s and 11s are very different. Mountain 10s and 11s are very close together, some MTB RDs from Shimano have been listed by Shimano as 10s/11s, that's how close they are. I think it's 1.2 and 1.1 respectively. Road 10s and 11s are 1.7 and 1.4.
And here's the Tanpan 10:
