Bikes: a few that I can't recall

^ that fork. Gently, lightly sand the edges of the blemishes smooth. Do not sand off any more than necessary, and under no circumstances sand "into" the carbon fiber. Gently sand the whole fork, not through the clear.

Cheapest, fastest, most available product to cover is Krylon Gloss Clear UV protectant paint for ART (not cars) available at any art store.

Better but not by much is 2K clear from Auto body paint store, then two part 4k clear from the same store, that will be very expensive. I would only use that for a "show bike".

edit: PS. the topcoat is clear paint over the carbon fiber resin. Carbon fiber production doesn't really use a "finish coat" of resin like fibreglass.
