I turn 70 today and just want to get back on the trainer even with bursitis in my hip. I want to be ready for outdoors again in the spring.
My goal as always is to ride 100 miles per week, either lots of shorter rides or with long rides mixed in. Any more than 100 is an extra bonus but I never felt it necessary. It was a lot easier to do when my commute was 20 miles R/T 3 days a week.
Two days on the trainer since Monday and it does get harder. But I have to start somewhere. I checked my stats from where I started last year and they track the same.
