They have enough markings to figure out what they are, you just need a microscope to see it. I don't think I have that information in my notes. Identifying surface mount devices can be a bit of an art, the part numbers aren't complete because they don't have space. I believe they are just zener diodes.

My guess is they left D5 off, but it's hard to know for sure. The other boards I have seen have all 3 devices. One of the remaining ones connects to 3.3v, that's the suspect device, I think.
