You may be able to replace it, but not with a longer axle, or you can't respace it properly. Can't remember which right now, but I did a bunch of research because I
really wanted one. What I went with was a Surly 120mm fixed/fixed hub and respaced it to 126mm. But, in the future I might want to respace it to 135mm. Unfortunately, the Phil didn't allow those options.
