I'm not an expert on politics nor finances, but I'm pretty sure tariffs are applied to specific products and industries, not just across the board(?) I.e., I'm not so sure there will be a tariff on Chinese made bicycle wheels.

That aside, I purchased a set of custom Light Bicycle WR50 wheels in 2020 and they've been excellent wheels. Light, strong, aero, and good looking.... All the benefits of the high-end Bontrager equivalent wheels at less than half the price. (I ride a Trek and Bontrager wheels were what I wanted.) I have over 20K miles on them and they're still perfectly straight with no issues. The only downside of ordering them is that because they were custom, it took a few months to actually get them after the order.
