I believe my Austro Daimler (Puch) Ultima is Italian threaded on both BB and headset. It's a mid to late 70's frame, probably 1976. Original factory component group was Campy SR, if that helps. When I wore out the headset years ago, I had to replace it with a Shimano 600 that a LBS said was "universal" thread. It fit OK and I'm still using it, but I think I had to combine some of the old Campy parts with it when I installed it.
