Check the stretch of road beforehand.
Pick a slow-starting truck.
Roll it up to 45 or so. Hang on for dear life.
The driver usually waves when you pull off.

No big deal.

It's more fun to catch the reaction of the car behind you. Some are laughing hysterically, some are curious.
