OP heard back from them, they had a rash of illness with the flu increasing in the area, which I can totally believe as the flu map I saw showed a huge increase in cases moving north as those massive cold spell were hitting. I have quite a few co-workers up that way, and quite a few of them or their kids have been out sick as of late. I have one of their 2025 frame pending and expected some delay, but it could be worse, it could be the 12 months I waited on a bike I ordered in 2022 and did not receive until 2023..
