A saddle fitting your butt, whether from aero position to fully upright, will be supporting those ischial tuberosities.
If one's torso is only tilted 45°, one will be on one's pubic ramus. One tries to tilt the pelvis, not round the lower back. Lots more area there, so lower PSI. This is where saddle fit becomes a little trickier.
